Leasource has carefully chosen a select group of Venture Capitalists, Investment Bankers, Institutional, and Private Placement Investors, with whom we maintain a relationship.
We make those relationships available to clients by introducing them to investment sources having a specific interest in their product or technology. For developing a "Executive Business Summary" we charge a "success fee" which is most often a percentage of the capital raised.
Before we can introduce someone to one of our investment sources we need a thorough understanding of that company's vision.
We edit and consolidate the information provided into a clear, comprehensive - Executive Business Summary - most often, paraphrased from your Business Plan or company materials, that best reflects your company's unique product or service.
We need, at a minimum, the following:
* Project description
* Dollar amount needed
* Market and growth drivers
* Potential
* Cost of equipment or technology
* Risk and Risk Mitigation
* Projected IRR on the equity provided
* Length of the pay-back period
We also provide early stage equipment leasing to companies that;
* Have received funding from known Venture Capital investors
* Have a compelling technology with a business plan that makes sense
* Have experienced management with a successful track record
